Conditioning

Our conditioning classes provide students an intense, fast-paced full-body workout.  Our program specifically builds strength, endurance and functional muscle. We extract some of the fitness elements from Krav Maga and combine them with HIIT and Tabata training giving students all the physical benefits of Krav Maga without the contact of combat techniques. ALL students are encouraged to participate at their own pace and reach new strength and fitness goals together. Every class is different and we guarantee you'll never be bored!
